Hi, my friend whose AR is Jun/2, 2020 got GCMS note today. He has applied from Alberta. By the way, is it normal his secondary office is Edmonton? One more different one is "App Status Reason: TFR-Eligibility". It seems his eligibility has been transferred. But his eligibility has not started.

Do you know where is your file? Visa Office?
My file was in Sydney, NS as primary and Ottawa as secondary. After PAL, they interchanged the the primary and secondary offices. Ottawa is my primary now (Atleast that is what I understand from GCMS)
