Hello everyone,

I haven't kept up with the forum for the last couple of months since it was just keeping me anxious. I received the PPR today. My timeline is on my signature. It comes on a weird time, since I have just recently changed my country of residence, but it is what it is. Hopefully, good news will come each and everyone who is waiting.

Hello everyone... My CIC account was updated to "Approved" yesterday. Today I received my passport stamped together with my COPR :)
Thank you again for all the support offered through these forums.
To those who are still waiting: keep yourself updated and informed about the status of your application in every possible way, the best way is the gcms notes, be attentive to every detail , do your best and if in the end you couldn't relax..just remember to : stay strong.

Congratulations to you and all the old friends on your PPR!.

Is anyone from 2019 AOR still pending PPR?

My current status as per GCMS is file approved and meds have been extended. Was in the US but, currently in India.

Have you ever gone through the Review Required stage? Or transfer from another office to Montreal? (From your GCMS)

Thanks. There was no review required stage. My application was transferred from CIO to Montreal in February 2020, about one month after medical passed.

I have been waiting for CoPR since April 2020. all approved and even Medicals extended on 29th Sep'2020.
I noticed based on the recent PPR requests, all of them are FSW-O. May be Montreal office not working on CEC.

Hello Team,

Current Situation:
Applied for EE FSW-Outland from USA with AOR as 06 September, 2019.
VA Office: Montreal.
In June 2020, IRCC agent confirmed all stages are Passed and final decision pending.
In September 2020, got a request to submit all residential addresses since AOR, September 2019
On October 09, 2020 Medical got extended, with the latest update on portal reading Medicals passed on October 09, 2020.

On September 29, 2020, I got a request from IRCC to submit my addresses since September 06 2019 (AOR Date). Deadline to submit was October 06, 2020. There wasn't any link on the portal so I couldn't submit through the portal. I raised a technical issue on October 05 2020 and submitted requested addresses through IRCC Webform within the October 06, 2020 deadline. I contacted IRCC agents and they confirmed that the officer received the information. Still the portal reads 'Your action is required'.

Yesterday when I checked the submitted application link on the portal, it showed me the link to upload a document with the request deadline of October 06 2020. Earlier when I checked the submitted application, that link was not there and also today when I checked back that link is not there. IRCC agents are saying they have all the documents needed and there's nothing pending/requested from my side. As per them, the system might take long to reflect. But it's been 5 months and the system still reads 'Your action is needed'.

Even after clearing all stages in June 2020, I am still waiting for final approval. I am not sure if that status in the portal has to do with the delay stopping work on my file, and what can I do if it stays the same after numerous IRCC webforms and calls suggesting no further information needed. Ordered GCMS notes 4 months ago, but haven't received yet.

It's been 17 months since AOR and 8 months since all stages passed. I understand things are delayed because of Covid situation and Montreal is on the slower side of the processing among VA offices.

Other than just waiting, is there something that can be done from my end to expedite?

Thanks and Regards!

Hello Team,

Just received the GCMS notes.

For 2020/10/09 it says:

***OFFICER REVIEW***,Application Number.<Applicant Names> Medical Extensions granted until 2021/10/07 Applicants located in USA, Visa(s) will expire 2021/10/07
***FINAL DECISION*** Satisfied applicant meets IRPA requirements. Application approved Please send RFV letter.

For 2020/10/20 it says:
Incoming correspondence cancelled (wrong office). Returned to agent.

Also in FINALIZE APPLICATION section,
There is DOCUMENT ISSUANCE section, which has
Document: COPR
Status: Not Started
Valid To: 2021/10/07

Does this mean, application is approved and I need to wait for COPR? Asking as it says visa valid till date is 2021/10/07 and my CIC portal status still reads 'Your action is required'. Not sure if 2020/10/20 note had any relationship to holding up COPR.

@legalfalcon and @cansha Your comment will be very helpful.
