Someone just confirmed on facebook that you can book directly with Hotels. Atleast in Vancouver. They have infact provided numbers for that. They were able to visit the hotel and quarantine there.

Ill try to dig that particular notice.

I used the textnow app which allows free calling to North American numbers( you can call from whichever country you want for free). I called this number 1-800-294-8253, as mentioned on the government website. My call was picked up within 15 mins
