Counterfoil document invalid

hey guys i applied for student visa it took 35 days to approve my visa or application but it has been 6 days my passport has not been dispatched and now it is showing on gckey account that your counterfoil document is invalid but still my application is approved even i got correspondence letter guys pls help

Did you have a TRV stamp? What happened w you?

Just to confirm I thought all students are not allowed to travel unless their DLI is on the list of approved universities. And they have not released the list yet.

Don't worry it can be because of multiple reasons. Happened with just a month ago.
