Personally, I would reapply and put more evidence, arguements, support letters. Any thing I could think of, I would add to make my case stronger

You are now in Cbsa hand and soon your everything will be rejected and they will make sure you go back to your country easy way or the hard way But you have only one chance the PRRA application that’s it then you can apply for H&c Which most likely You h&c chances Are very slim too

guys, I need your advice.

A decision was made on my application today. It was a refusal. However, they did not write the reason for my refusal in the letter. The letter says "I have to leave Canada as soon as it becomes possible"

I have the following question I will like to ask.

1) Is there a way one can know the reason for refusal?
2) After receiving a refusal letter for H& C application, what options are available, or what would you recommend one do next?

I have read on this group where some people said they were refused and they reapply for reconsideration of their h& c application and they got approved!

3) Do you think I should do the same thing?
4) If so, how long does our are-consideration take?
5) Would you recommend a court appeal. if so, why or why not?

that is what I am planning to do now. the only big problem am having is getting a very good and honest lawyer who specialize in H&C application

I don't think its gonna change anything if she will apply for a status before or after deportation order , because technically applications will not stop it but maybe it will help It shows that the person want to regularize his situation. Only PRRA or assylum stop deportation order or appeal when CBSA will summon the person
