if you received ur AOR. It means your application is complete and it’s not missing anything. But could be returned due to other reasons.

No they do not advise you by email or otherwise that it is being returned, it will just show up via regular mail.

I am sponsoring my wife, sent file in December End , just got Biometric Collection letter with Applications number today .

Also received Medical Form next day and furthermore I got my Sponsor Eligibility letter next day . Online portal now update with Biometrics Collected date. My wife has completed the medical now waiting for result to appear on portal.

I’m assuming your PA is also from India? If yes, could you share if there were any challenges to schedule the medical examination?

NO Challenges actually , My Wife was able to schedule Medical Exam and she got appointment within two days.

I wouldnt count on a few weeks. Likely minimum 2-3 months. Easily could longer. Your file still need transfered to a vo. Than start processing background and eligibility. What county is the PA from?
