Feb 02, it was virtual, for 3 hours and went great.

mine was on Feb 15, was about 2:30 hrs including breaks. The member said she'll either ask my counsel for some documents or she'll go ahead and decide (Literally). I thought she'll decide automatically but now I'm not even sure if I'm getting NOD before last day of Feb.

I’m from Middle East, applied in 2017, I had my first hearing after 2 months, I got rejected by RPD in 2018. I appealed the decision to the RAD, after 3 years I got a second hearing and now waiting for a decision
