Post Biometrics, the applicants name on CIC profile is showing twice in capital letters (upper case). Is anyone else facing similar issue??

Notes clearly stated Security Not started - Eligibility not started - Criminality in progress - info sharing in progress as I saw some sharing started. I am CEC. GCMS notes dated of december because I wasn't aware they are printed a few days after request. So now I have ordered with CBSA...

You need to check towards end of the report probably 145-150 with series of Notes. In that section what does initial Note 1 -5 says. There would be one note which indicate their assessment clearly with a remarks as Review towards end. Also what is the latest date on your Notes 1 is it still Nov. In case case, the latest date is Nov 17th. So 4 month no one has touched my file.

I am inland thought, I won't need PPR normally. Does this change anything?

Mine changed few weeks back, nothing else changed in status though so far as per the Agent, I called them last Friday. Does it matter changing it to CAPS?

I am not concerned about what method they use for CEC inlands, and if they call it PPR or webportal, or something else. As far as we get the equivalent of PPR for CEC inland, I am happy...

Looking at the current trend of the entire 2020 and past PPR of 2020 (so we can guess how well/bad they are processing application in the middle of the pandemic:

In the best case you will receive your PPR on the 28 March 2021 in the worst case it will be the 18 June 2021. On average you should expect a PPR by the 8 May 2021

You should count 211-252 days for your application.

This is not an official info at all. Just an estimate looking at the applications on immtracker... so take those numbers very carefully. Nothing is said about noc, citizenship etc, which can affect your application.

The 252 day limit is for CEC right ?

Yes, but it won't matter because restrictions are in place till 21st April. Aim for something in May or June for now.

should we have to let IRCC know about previuos h1b petition denials? My h1b petition was picked in lottery but denied after RFE since my employer havent provided adequate documentation. I never went for visa stamping though.
I have answered visa denials question as No during PR submission.

Its not a limit. Its an estimate on the approved applications on immitracker.

Take into consideration that the database is not official, and managed by the users themselves. So it might contain mistakes, not updated, etc. however it gives some indications. Pretty much all applications from January and December are finalized. Front he entire 2020, less than 40% of applications are approved. This is very illuminating from March...

Once more applications gets approved, the average day of processing applications will increase from 250 to 300. Its a statistical certainty. The current model takes only the ones approved aproved in 2020. But as the rest of the 60% of applications get approved (or rejected) the average processing time will increase.

There are very few rejections. Which is very strange, if we look at patterns from 2019 and 2018. Most probably applications haven't been rejected, which is very unfair because we are talking of applications with more than 200 days in processing times. But some will be rejected for sure.

And yes, I only calculated for CEC.
