Last time when i had ghost update, there’s nothing new in GCkey, and 3days after that I received PAL. If there isn’t a glitch, there should be good new waiting for you within a week as your medical has passed since Nov.

Suddenly so many people noticed profile updated, wether it's truly the work done or system glitch....as i have passed upfront medical already in NOV.20, nothing changed in application.
As I read from some sources, ghost update after medical pass regarding to security check starts, depends on cases, security result varies from 7 days to 2-3months, some hard cases have enhanced screening which can be up to 1 year. For best result, call IRCC on Monday and ask them for your process.
How do i create EE profile after having AOR for paper based?? My current GC account dont allow me to do it!!

-is in canada
-have atleast one year working in Canada
-have valid IELTS/ Celpips
don’t include job offer and provincial nomination, because job offer must from LMIA employer ,also check your nomination if it allows ee or not, if yes you can claim +600, if no then choose no nomination.

On Ecas : Medical received = medical passed
If you are inland, why don't you just create a GC key account, then, link your GC key account to your application using Application Number in AOR that you received from IRCC.
