Hello everyone
I received my copr on jan 7th, 2021 and sent my photo and letter copy to Etobicoke IRCC on jan 13th, 2021. Till now my photo has not been approved in system upon confirmation from service agent and status in my CIC account for PR card application is still "submitted". Does anyone know how to reach etobicoke ircc office or any update how much more time it will take to get PR card in mail.

I have a similar timeline. I think they closed or working very slow due to lockdown. The average processing time is 88 days now. There are some ppl waiting since November.

Theoretically you can but you must apply to PRTD before coming to Canada which can take months or you might have a visa which is another solution but either way difficult.

I received my pr card on the 17 of Feb.
Timeline
Copr 22 of May 2020
photos and copy of copr sent before June
2021 Jan 23 approved and sent for production.
2021 Feb 17th received physical card

This is my initial card first one
Sent photoes to office in Halifax as I live here and congratulation and best of luck for those waiting.
Be patient you will get. Btw I only called one time during this wait.

Photos sent and there was no need for me send them again so they are taken since April or before.
They seem to recognize it's their dely as covid.
