I am a Nov 2019 AOR PNP Outland Candidate, and still waiting. Medicals auto-extended till March 31st. Its not looking good for anyone left in 2019, specially Outland candidates. IRCC just took the biggest draw in their history with 27000 invites issued with the lowest score of 75, but it was a Canadian experience class draw. Which means they are just gonna focus on people in Canada for now.
could you please tell me how you found that your med has been extended? in my profile, it still says "you do not need a medical exam".

Oh my god. It means that IRCC won't still issue CoPRs for FSW-O whose applications were already approved after March 18, 2020 based on GCMS notes. Based on GCMS notes, mine was approved on March 22, 2020.

We have no more hope to go to Canada to start a new life.
Going by potential Covid roadmaps of other countries, I highly doubt there will be any movement until the vaccination programme moves forward (when vulnerables and over 50s are vaccinated) so we hopefully will have movement by the summer - some confirmation from IRCC would be nice.... BUT UNLIKELY!

Hi @legalfalcon ,

Would you please let me know your thoughts on my situation ? Thank You.

I have submitted my PR Application (Express Entry - FSW) in December 2019.

  1. Does ICT affect my PR Application Processing ?
No, ITC has no impact on the processing of your PR application. They re separate applications and all be processed on their own merits.

  1. Also Do I need to mention about PR Application while Applying Work Permit ? If Yes then Where I can mention ?
There will be a questions about if you have applied for a visa for Canada, that is where you will enter your PR application details.
  1. Documents required for Open Work Permit for Spouse ?
See https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/work-canada/permit/temporary/apply.html

There has been no update in my profile as well since the start - You passed the medicals 2019. I raised a webform to check on the same but got a generic response that everything looks good on the profile and covid delay etc. So I called IRCC and asked the same to the operator and he told me that my medicals were extended back in Sept 2020 to March 31st 2021. Its still not reflected in my profile though.

You should get GCMS notes for you to really check your application.
