I have a unique situation that I want help in.
I applied for a Canadian Study Permit in October 2020 - (University Master's Degree) SDS Category and my Application is Still In-Progress with IRCC with no decision on it as of yet. Initially, my Degree start date was JAN 2021 but due to No decision on my Application, I defer to SEP 2021.
Meanwhile, I got a job offer from a German company that is willing to Sponsor my German Residence Permit Application. My start date for the Job is May 2021 and my job Location will be Berlin, Germany.
I want some advice as to what should I DO with my Canadian Visa application now.
Is it mandatory to withdraw my Canadian Visa file, before submitting the German Residence Permit application?
German Residence Permit Application Forms DO NOT ask for any information related to other country visas. And as in my situation, I do not have any decision on my Canadian Study Permit Application.
Please advise me, should I withdraw the Canadian File or I can keep that in progress as well while Submitting the German Residence Permit.
