i think we should withdraw oinp, if we not then we have to wait for month or more for same ITA

Before you submit your application, you can change as much as you want; however, it depends on the officer if they will still accept your application

I think you can add your spouse after getting ITA as long as your Crs score is not going below the cut off. In this case cut off was 75 so no issues to add your spouse but I would recommend calling IRCC to check with them.
