Just think frndz... we have gone so any stressful milestones ... from provincial EE... IELTS .. then WES ... PNP Application... now I’m tired with this ... my hope become 50 % . If they bounce back the application due to any case (due to simple reason like signature missing) then .... now all are expired provincial nominee, IELTS etc ... nothing .... sometimes I am thinking we are following a miracle in desert.

hi,
I am new to this forum. I read lots of post on this forum. its very helpful.
so my concern is I applied for Paper base PR application under provincial nominee. and my work permit was expired before few month ago.
I have not chance to get extended it. So my lawyer apply for restoration as visitor.
Since i am not working from few month it will affect my PR process? is there any chance of rejection in PR if i am not working and restore my status as visitor?

Guys I need your advise .
I have received oinp nomination under international student stream and hence applied for paperbased application . My AR is November 9th 2020.

Since it’s international student stream I’m ielts exempt . Don’t need ielts . And I’ve not done it yet .
Now after seeing cec , I’m confused ..
I have 1 year Canadian experience , now if I have to create an express entry profile , I’ll have to go and get my ielts done , get rcmp and Indian pcc again and also pay the permanent residence fee ..

So what should you guys think I should do.?
Should I depend on paper based ? Or start working on getting invitation when next cec draw is made.?

thanks . Please reply
Who told you that you are IELTS exampt?? Even if you are applying through student stream you still need to prove English proficiency so you need to do IELTS or CELPIP

That's not correct. Whether if you need a language test or not depends on your NOC. If you have a class A, B or 0 NOC job then you don't need a language test for the paper based and I did not submit one as I am with a class A job.
I posted official links long time ago regarding the language test in this thread, you can find it or go to the official site to get more infomation.
