Got Copr today, lawyer sent confirmation email
CEC-Inlad dependent+1
AoR-5th may 2020
Medicals passed:- jan 12th 2021(actally oct 7th 2020 medicLs expired seems like office renewed)
Rprf: oct 7th
Biometrics:-14th Oct

called 5 times to ircc agent every one said all passed

not sure about gost updates as I applied through Lawyer!
I had rejection last year due to no responsibilities on Job letter

Inland CEC single applicant. The copr update is showing in the IRCC account but no copr email or portal link till now . How much time does it take for copr to come ?? Any one faced this situation before ?? Tried calling the cic ageeents they told me to wait. Can we call Etobicoke office ?? Please help.

My friend applied in July and got her PR today. So frustrating that they're taking so long to process our cases. I've also requested another ATIP today, because I'm seeing this will take a while.

This is the last update I had in November's ATIP:

Primary Office: CPC-Ottawa
Secondary Office: OSC - Operations Support Centre
Eligibility: Passed 2020/07/24
Security:
HIRV:
Criminality: In Progress
Medical: Passed - Expired 2020/07/01
Info Sharing: In Progress

I just called in today and agent gave me following update.
CEC INLAND
VO : Ottawa
AOR : May 20 2020
Eligibility: Passed Since July 2020
Medical: Passed Since July 2020
Bio Completed: Sept 29 2020
Criminality: Passed ( I got a ghost update today and that’s why I called in to check )
Security: She said it’s Pending ( I’m assuming it’s in Progress)
Got any idea why my security isn’t passed before Criminality ??
I ordered GCMS today to find out what’s going on but any insights how long does Security takes?

In most cases security is the last stage. For some applications where biometrics is pending, the criminality may take longer and can be pending even if the security is passed.

Also, it will depend on what kind of security screening you are subject to. Most inland applicants only have a record check, and not a comprehensive check. See

On an average the security takes 120 days.

Thanks @legalfalcon . Much appreciated. I believe GCMS will actually make things clear regarding the Security Screening now. Given the timelines of my application, I’m definitely into 9 months now. So let’s see what GCMS can reveal.
