Visitor visa for Iranian person

My Iranian friend wants to visit Canada. She is working in Oman, how can she get Tourist/Visitor Visa for Canada.

Did you look at the link. She needs to show ties to her home country, show that she can afford to come. Given that she isn’t living in her home country, this will make her visa more difficult to get. If she gets approved, she can travel when the border is open to tourism. Who knows but may not be this year or at least later this year.

Assuming she can get a TRV, your friend shouldn't expect to be able to travel until the fall at the earliest.

She's in Oman for work and has her parents and siblings there. Will it be still difficult to get TRV.
Do you think hiring immigration lawyer will help or applying on her own for TRV is also good enough.

It will be more difficult for her to get a TRV if she isn’t living in her home country. She can hire a licensed consultant but a visitor visa application is pretty straightforward.
