I received my AOR yesterday and linked my account with GC key but I can't find a progress bar or estimation time of completion there. Can anyone tell me where can I find it?

Hi,
I’ve got my AOR today. Finally after exactly 6 months waiting. My timeline is as follows:
MPNP Nomination letter: May 26
AR: July 28, 2020
AOR: Jan 28, 2021
Current processing 32% expected completion Feb 28, 2022
Can anyone please advise me if I should do upfront med? If so when should I do that? Or what are the next steps i should do to speed up the process? I see the acronyms like BIO, MR, MP etc. Can someone please enlighten me on the meanings of those?

Called on Friday Feb-5th morning to check the status, didn't in the system yet at that time but do get the temp file number
In the afternoon get the application number which is simply the temp file number without X at the beginning
