You need to be in Canada to either complete an apprenticeship or write a red seal exam.

my agent says we can challange the exam ,with our experience , he can get me certificate of qualification

Have you even looked at the website for the college of trades or the red seal certification? Look to see. He can’t get you certification. Also they only have one or two FST draws per year. The last draw invited 250 people with a CRS score of 415. Even with the 50 points, you are below the cut off.
