Was the email signed with an agent code at the end? Is it the same as with the first email asking for UCI, name etc?

No agent code. This comes from the same e-mail that gave me my credentials!

So does GC key account gets updated to approved first and then we receive eCOPR in portal?

In my case. ->
As soon as I saw the email from portal id, I logged into the New Portal, downloaded the eCOPRs. Logged into IRCC portal and my status was updated to 'Approved' with all the Document numbers assigned against each member. So it happened at the same time for me I guess.

Hi All,
I see the COPR number on the CIC portal but no COPR on the PR confirmation site. I uploaded everything on 9th Jan. Any one in similar situation.
