If you don't mind, can you please tell me what are the questions to ask while calling ircc agent?

I ask them abt the status of application, eligibility and due date specifically.

Try to setup textnow app it’s very easy. Use USA/CANADA as location and put any area code for US/CA you can find.

I mean ai have my brother in canada,can he call on my behalf?

Try using text now app from iPhone or Android 6.0 or below again 6.0 or below..18882422100..not allow location .fil manual location code 613 ..turn off location before installing app..call between 8 am to 4 pm Ottawa time .. explain when. U applied when gave medical bio etc and than ask ur questions..best of luck

Biometrics on 27th November, Ahmedabad
AIP on 4th September
Medical upfront given on 1st July
Still no medical update or PPR

Raised a webform on 11 jan along with mail to Ottawa office mail id.got reply 14 Jan in gckey that application in process..no medical update .. medical expired in November .no aip

1) Can anyone share if BIOMETRICS can be done from India for SDS or non-SDS application?
2) My cousin has an offer for May 2021 intake for Douglas and plans to apply for a study permit in 1st week of Feb. Is it possible to get a Study permit decision and Biometrics both?

I called IRCC and they said my criminality is passesed
and Jan 2021 intake and I have joined online classes

But IRCC website says that 2 stage processing closed on Sep 15, 2020. Are students allowed to study online even after approval in principle in 2021?

How did y'all manage to call IRCC ? I have been trying with TextNow and hangouts app, all it says is" the dialled number is invalid"

o really because I called on their toll-free number the one which they have on their site.
