I've just had my medical exams done. IRCC says it takes about three months to process the results of those exams once they get them from the panel physician. But does anyone know how long after IRCC tells you you've passed the medical exams someone receives its COPR?
Sorry, but to me your question is bit unclear.

in general practice you do your medical exam and you can request the copy of your result from physician, which can clear you that you passed in all the tests or not. For, Visa officer you can submit the webform with the confirmation number of your medical which usually you get it from physician. And if there is anything not passed or unclear in the tests reports then officer will request additional test or to be clear for that decease/test.

I was told by an immigration officer that the doctor sends my results directly to them. The doctor only gave me a document confirming that I had a medical exam. I've kept it as proof of my medical exam. Assuming I pass everything, how long until I get my COPR? That's my question.

There is no certainty of the timeline at this moment but yes paper applications are moving... the only thing you can do is to inform the visa officer via webform that you’ve done your medical examination in that way officer can attach the medical record to your file.
Assuming you’re an inland candidate, if so yes, then in Canada you can request the copy of your health records from physician for your own record. Once you get that then you’ll be sure that everything was passed or not.

Within Canada, the medical examination results are obtained and submitted to IRCC within 2 weeks of the tests. Just to give you a rough idea of the timeline

I done my upfront medical More than a month ago but haven’t informed to ircc yet via webform, and its not pulled automatically to my profile.
I spoke with ircc call center and agent mention you should inform to visa officer via webform, else they will send you the request to do medical whenever they require to move forward with your application.

Is EP for the Family Class applications? If so they should be accepting, better call them

If they are part of application, accompanying with you then yes. Else No.
Just to quote IRCC:

Yes. All of your dependants must have a medical exam done by an approved panel physician, regardless of whether or not they’re coming with you to Canada.
