Visa Rejected (Poor academic history)

One of my friend, he is in Canada now. he also has a masters in electronics and now he enrolled in the same course I chose.he got his visa stamped last month.also we both have same percentage for masters (71)

What about Bachelors? Same performance there as well?

It's also possible that your friend got a VISA officer who is forgiving, which is why he got in, while you got a stringent VISA officer who won't let you in.

I don't think you got rejected due to backlogs. People with 15+ backlogs even get accepted. I would go for a Phd because doing a diploma after a masters is not going to help you in any way. The VO knows it's just a way to get into Canada.

Do u applied for gcms notes ..is it written in gcms notes thats marks or poor acedemics is the reason...or its written in refusal letter Because if written in refusal letter there will be other reasons along with this such as financial etc

They are just refusing applications without checking. I have been refused and I really dont know what else I should submit. Its going to be the same documents and just a letter to them to check my application with open eyes.

The point you're missing is that not every VO thinks the same way.
Get GCMS notes and see what was commented on your profile.

Hello,

I believed the VO's remarks was from the GCMS notes. If you have a backlog that was later cleared, you can approach your school to issue a letter to the effect. With a good Letter to address the concerns adequately, you should be fine.

1.mark sheet provided indicated poor academic record in the previous program of study.i have concerns that the applicant will be able to successfully complete the study of the program in Canada.

2.Given the applicant's previous education and employment history,I am not satisfied with the motivation to pursue this program at this point of time in Canada, is reasonable

therefore I am not satisfied that the applicant would be a bonafide student in Canada who will leave Canada by the end of the period authorized for their study
