If i send the new LOA to IRCC webform, will they update my existing application (which is for May intake) with the new dates( september) so i won't have to extend my study permit later in another application?
I've deferred to September. Will sending new LOA to IRCC extend the study visa?

Yes they did. I deferred another semester after it to Jan 2021 so they gave me my visa according to it.
I deferred in April and then again in July, so roughly 1-1.5 months before my intake i sent the new LOA. Visa got issued in November.
Hi Anmol, hope you're well. When you sent your revised LOA through the web form, did IRCC ask you upload the revised LOA on the gc key post that? Or do only consider the document share via the web form?
I sent them my revised LOA for sept 2021 in the month of December and I haven't heard back from them so I don't even know if my application has been deferred or not.

I had raised a webform for uploading my LOA to New Delhi office and I got this reply from them this morning.
" Thank you for your email. If you are providing additional documents, as request by IRCC, and have applied online, you must submit these additional documents through your secure IRCC account. If you want to update the information on your online application, but have NOT been requested to do so, we will open up a document request in your application so that you can upload the documents. Only additional documents provided for paper applications will be uploaded to your file by the mission. Please advised that we can only assist in applications where India is the primary office. If you submitted and application under a permanent resident economic category, your application may be processed in Canada. You should submit the webform and indicate that you applied online via economic immigration and your additional document will be sent to the appropriate office. The mission may not be able to access your file to create.
If IRCC has not requested any document, allow 5 business days from the day you receive this email before uploading your documents to your online application. You can log in using your secure IRCC account. Please note that your documents will not be uploaded by the mission."
Now Could anyone please tell me is it a general mail or what I need to do next?! Any idea..? Please help as it's actually very confusing for me.

Did you receive an email like this before Delhi Immigration mailed you the one you shared on this thread? Also I'd suggest waiting for IRCC to send you an upload documents notification on your gc key since they've anyways mentioned it takes 5 business days.
If it doesn't happen, raise a webform and send them a screenshot of the mail they sent you. That way they may respond sooner.
