Send update through IRCC web form
If you do with work permit then you should inform them about any change...if apply for PR on Express entry or PNP then not compulsory to update about job..because they nominated you on base of past experience not with future offer letter.

This is my opinion and reply I got from email from IRCC...read your nomination letter and at last they have written in which condition or change you need to update IRCC...

I have a question: on all my documents my fathers name is Ihor, and only on police certificate from Poland it is Igor (g instead of h).
I can’t get new pcc, so should I just explain that “g” is the result of translations and different alphabets used? Will LOE be enough or I should do “same person affidavit”? Thanks!

Try to get new PCC or send email or letter to PCC issued authority...Same time do affidavit in your country. Write all different name in that affidavit and at the end write that you declared that you are the same person.

If you have not submitted your documents then try to get new PCC or attached affidavit with your submission and also write letter with explanation too.

if you already sent then send clarification with affidavit.

Yes, I submitted my file already and I am in Canada. It is not actually an issue with my name, it’s just that in my country we use fathers name right after my name. So majority of documents show my fathers name as Ihor, but only 1 pcc is Igor. I’m trying to get a new pcc and I cannot submit any affidavit or LOE right now because I still did not get the AOR (submitted just November, so still long time waiting). I’ll get PCC by that time for sure, but I don’t know how will I send it now because I don’t have application number yet. And another worry, will this cause issues? Like they will say why you submitted that one and now is sending another one...

As per my study you should not worry....read again when you have submitted your application there were two option either you submitted PCC that time or later when they will ask...(if i not forget then in that case you have to mentioned why you are not submitting with your application submission time)

1) first try to get new PCC...when you get it, update it with details of spelling mistake and send through IRCC web form...in web form you can submit document also....

2) now a days AOR takes 6 to 7 months as per my study in this forum...so when you have submitted your application in November 2020 then count six months more....by that time you will get your PCC...once you get simply send it through IRCC web from...weather you get application number or not...just update with your nomination letter reference number even..so in future you can able to say that yes..you tried to inform them...

I hope these will help you...

Hello everyone! One more question: for all documents that are not in English, we must submit translation. I got my translation done by ATIO certified translator. She sent me package which includes the following: statement from translator, English translation and black&white copy of original (all of these has her ATIO stamp and signature). So now question: I need to upload scan of original in colour + ATIO package (including 3 documents as I mentioned before)?
Do I still need to get certified copy of the original as well?
This is so confusing (I am applying from inside Canada). Thanks!

Hi,
My application was received 8th October 2020 and my application was without PCC. Still waiting for AOR!!!
In the mean time, I applied for PCC and got my PCC. How can I submit my PCC?
Do I need to wait for AOR and Additional Document Request from IRCC to submit the PCC ?
Your suggestions are highly appreciated.

Thanks!!

Just wait for your official AOR. Then you can submit your pcc through webform and mail it to case processing Center in Sydney.

Hi Guys,

It has been observed that Aug submissions are getting AOR, Every one with Sep submission can call IRCC to get temporary file no. starting with X***. Because temp file is allocated 30-45 days prior to AOR confirmation (Permanent file No,). As per latest trends From AR to AOR it is taking 5-6 months.

So keep your fingers crossed as most of the people in the group will start to get AOR from Mar onwards. Request everyone to keep posting their timelines for each other benefit.

May all our dreams of getting PR becomes a reality...
