I passed medicals and was given a BIL. I have an appointment next week. All I want to know is, when does the bar appears into my account? I know its related to R10 but at which stage can this be? should I expect it soon?

I read some posts that processing bars are disappearing. It happened from all accounts even from the accounts whose processing bar was 96%. I think IRCC is doing something about it.
has anyone submitted a webform recently? i submitted one in jan 4 to provide an original scan for a police certificate (i forgot to attach -- only uploaded the certified photocopy, translation, and translators affidavit). I know for sure it will probably marked as incomplete without the original scan, so not really sure what else to do.

Recently IRCC has removed the bar for all applicants as the bar only showed time elapsed and not the actual processing.
R10 us sally passed around the same time the medicals are passed. So if you receive MEP, then there is a strong likelihood that your R10 is passed too.
As per IRCC's annual 2019 annual report it takes 8-9 months for an application to process and not 6 months as depicted in the status bar.

How long did it take to process an Express Entry application?
Table 35 displays the time, in months, that IRCC took to process 80% of applications under each program. In 2019, IRCC did not meet the processing standard of finalizing 80% of all applications sourced via Express Entry within six months. The processing time for Express Entry, overall, was eight months. As an alternative measure of processing times, 60% of applications finalized in the 12-month period ending on December 31, 2019, were completed within the six-month service standard.
