The progress bar just counts down to 6 months from your application date. When it hits 6 months, it says 100%. It's just a generic message that has no baring on your application's progress.

It doesn't mean anything in regard to your application. It is simply a countdown timer to 6 months to represent the fact that (pre covid) almost all applications were processed within 6 months.
I'd recommend submitting a webform to ask for an update. Most people seem to just get a generic response with no real information. But I've heard a few people have got detailed responses when they specifically ask for updates on their eligibility and background check. You could also apply for GCMS notes (there's plenty of information on how to do that on this forum) or to phone an ircc agent.
Super sad reality. We may have to wait for months again. I'm already on the final step where they have to just print and send the COPR but would still take them sooo loooongggggg.... I feel like the papers are just sitting there and nobody dares to touch. Soo frustrating...6 more months!!
IMM tracker is actually showing early to mid June applicants have received COPR in quite substantial numbers.6 more months!!

If you check the spreadsheet you will find 23 applicants with June AOR have received COPR. It really depends when the Case Officer reviewing your file opens and closes it.

Yes, but there might be a two day lag. I received an email two days after it showed they approved my BOWP in my GCKey account.
You have to also regularly check your GCKey account as well.
