TRV applications of non immediate family member

Any one who’s not immediate family of a Canadians and applied in 2019 for TRV, received results from Visa office?

I applied in April and since that time no update on my account, or result. I emailed embassy two times but they said all applications proceed but in reduce capacity so I wonder if any one hear back from them for their visa application. ( except immediate families)

That form is for unite with the family. That form is nothing to do with people who applied canada visitor visa to visit a friends, family or as a tourist.
