Pre-arrival letter : January 2020
MR: Nov 16, 2020
MP: Nov 24, 2020
No update after that When i check on ecas it says medical received, nothing after that Any idea guys ? It still showing in process.

Do you have outland dependents? If so, it might take longer to process. Otherwise, maybe you can give them a call and ask about the progress
