My EE profile CRS is 450. Should I hope for direct invitation in 2021 draws?

Here's my profile:
1. Age: 26 years
2. Status: Married but not accompanying my wife
3. Education: Bachelors in Computer Engg. WES has been done in Dec 2017.
4. IELTS: Oct 2020: Listening: 8.5, Speaking: 7.5, Reading, 7.5, Writing, 7. (CLB 9)
5. Elder sister (citizen) in Ontario.
6. Job Experience: 4+ years and counting. NOC 5121-Technical writing and 5122 in Technical editing. Both are in the IT domain.

Total CRS is 450. Should I wait for a direct invitation in 2021 or proceed with PNP? If proceed with PNP, which province will invite me or should I apply to?

Are you sure your score is 405 and not 450. 450 seems high. You will not get an ITA with 450. You need to research each province and see where you are eligible. You are limited because you don‘t have a job offer and getting one is difficult as you need a LMIA.

Either improve your score or move ahead with PNP. I think the chances of Express Entry draws dropping this low in 2021 are very very low.

Look at PNP programs. 450 was the score 2 years ago and if more people enter the pool, then scores will increase. Get a Masters.
