Hello friends,
My application was returned because of one missing signature. I wrote my name instead of signing it. Please pay attention when filling the form. I’m just devastated, after almost 7 months waiting for an AOR. Is anyone experienced this? They have attached my picture on a sheet and I don’t know if I can use the same picture or I have to renew everything. My nomination is expired too, I don’t really know what to do. Please I need some advices.

They attached a sheet but it is not very clear. It just mentioned that I didn’t sign the Generic Application Form for Canada (IMM0008). I should sign it instead of just typing my name. They also mention that the nomination is expired and a new one is required.

You have to email your province to renew your certificate. Did they mention something else? Or just one sign ? What did they mentioned in the sheet?

Hey folks, how do you know if IRCC received your Medical or when it's approved - do you see updates in ECAS or over the phone?

I don't have access to my online profile, was wondering if I'll be able to see anything in ECAS before i hear from lawyers ( they are usually 1-2 weeks behind with updates )

Just one sign. I suppose I have to do everything again. Anyway it happens, they are very strict about signature. All this time for nothing.

Yes it can be issues too but try to submit your application as soon as possible.

Hi bbjeon38, Just want to let you know that I booked an upfront medical on 24th Dec

Upfront medical is booked in Dec 28. AR was May 19.

They sent the whole application by mail with the letter of explanation.

I guess instead of getting refusal for BOWP you should ask provide for work permit support letter ... coz I got work permit support letter from my province ... if you are from Alberta their website says IRCC taking long to issue AOR .. so Alberta issue work permit support letter ...
expert people know better than me ... good luck
