Today I called to IRCC and agent Told me everything is passed and officer made decision on your application you will get soon email.

It is a good sign but that golden email might take time to reach to you. You could also order the GCMS notes to confirm what the agent said.

Ive been in the same boat for nearly a month , all stages passed, all approved but no "golden" email, expect long waits

I received my GCMS notes today. I requested notes on Nov 19, notes generated on Nov 20 and received on Dec 21. Notes are soooo heavy it took 1 month to receive in email. . Meanwhile status is as below:

Primary Office: CPC-Ottawa
Secondary Office 1: Centralized Intake Office
Secondary Office 2: OSC-Operations Support Centre
Secondary Office 3: CPC-Edmonton
{I don't understand why 3 secondary offices }

Eligibility: Not Started
Security: Not Started
Infor Sharing: Complete
Criminality: In Progress (as of Nov 20)
Criminality: Passed (as of Dec 8, confirmed by Agent).

Is there anything else that needs to look at? Please advise

Yea.. its just like processing application delays. some approved before and some after. Nothing to worry about application unless you see some alarming things within notes.
