Hi, I am Fathima aged 27 from India. My qualification is (b pharm) pharmacist with 4+ year experience in the same field (primary applicant ). My NOC code is 3131. Please help me in finding a related NOC which matches my experience. Me and my husband are planning to migrate CANADA with PR.
I need a clarification on husband education too. There is a long gap between his education. He completed 10th std in 2006, 12th std in 2009, degree started 2012, after a long gap he has taken the balance 2 supplement paper in 2020 and qualified BA English (Distance education from Annamalai University, Chennai). If so, will it affect our approval after ITA even if I am a primary applicant? This gap is due to family and financial issues.
And more confusions arising here.
In prior, please help me by guiding me in this.

The study gap won't be a problem.

However your husband needs to get his education officially assessed through WES or one of the other approved agencies to determine the Canadian equivalency and how many points he can claim for his education.

Gap not an issue. You both need ECAs for your degrees and language tests. Because you are a pharmacist, your education needs to be assessed by the Pharmacy Examination Board of Canada. All information is on the Express Entry website. If your NOC is that a pharmacist then your employment letters will match the NOC. the NOC is a licensed profession in Canada so you can’t work in the field until you pass PEBC exams.

He can certainly get this diploma evaluated. It may be recognized or it may not.

Okay, very much thanks for your response.

So is there any other relevant NOC that matches my experience? If not, will I get a PR ?
I completed my PEBC ECA report in November of 2019. Only an initial step has been taken. Again IELTS for both and WES to be completed for his education.
My only dream is to reach CANADA with my husband, so can you please suggest any of the easy methods to be there.

There are no easy methods. What is your CRS score. Your NOC is a skilled NOC. If you are a pharmacist that is your NOC. What Was your education through PEBC assessed as?

CRS 463 with my IELTS 8777, husband 6666 band. but we have not taken IETLS yet, just calculated.
In PEBC ECA report it is mentioned as Credential Assessed: Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm. D) Degree

If you get better IELTS you will score higher. Or put your husband as non accompanying and then your score is just calculated. If you get PR, you go to Canada on your own and then sponsor him when you get to Canada. It takes about a year. If this is your dream then do it this way.

But without Husband I can't go alone, my family won't agree. As per your advice We both are trying to score good points in IELTS. Can we apply for Express Entry and PNP together.??

Yes but you need to see what PNP programs you are eligible for given you are in a licensed profession.
