I guess you have to go to their self service and pay the one way courier of 12k plus to have your passport sent back to you.. can you paste the email you for from them?

They will extend your medical before they issue your copr. Mine was extended after Passport submitted
How do I attach the email on the forum . I submitted Oct 22..can I send dhl from Nigeria to do the pick up

Copy the email and paste... That's the only way I know... Remember remove you name and whatever you shouldn't paste in a public forum..

The email you got after your document submission was acknowledged, there is a link there

When you go to the site, you should see "buy services" I guess from there you should be able to pay for the courier service to have you documents delivered to you.
The email you got from them should have these instructions...
You can try calling VFS Lagos 08150199900 to also get the right process from them..

Wanted to ask though, how long inbtw you getting counterfoil update & email from Accra that your passport has been dispatched?
