I'm not in Alberta, but I was reccomend by my lawyer to use my Brown paper. I had it because my case was PRRA before H&C.

No I didn't ask to have the health card because as I mentioned above my lawyer didn't recommend me to do so. Maybe because I'm in Quebec I need to get Quebec Selection first to be able to apply to get the health card.

Canuck, you are again back with your toxic comments and negativity. I don't think your answers matter to many in the group including me. You should better not waste your and our time answering queries until you change your attitude.
All governments have their citizens as a priority before any resident.
How can it be possible that a foreign child could be more important to the Canadian government than a Canadian child?
It is more understandable to think that Migration is more concerned about the future of a Canadian citizen outside of Canada than the future of a foreign child outside of a country of which they are not citizen.
a Canadian citizen can stay and live in Canada with all rights, leave the country and returning back whenever he wants and ! this is his right, while as a foreign child he may probably have difficulty returning to Canada again if the application is denied and will be forced to leave the country.
In addition, Canada has signed on to the conventions of human rights, the rights of the child and his necessity to live a high quality life.
When you have a Canadian child, the main reason is going to be that the child cannot stay alone in the country so he needs his parents or he can live in another country but he always has the right to go back home (Canada one the best countries in the world) when he wants , while the foreign child is really all aspects of his life (the education, health, recreation, standard of living in general) his rights according to UNICEF which does not have because he is foreign probably from a third world country.
We must also remember this sentence of a judge in immigration law; a child rarely deserves ELSE NEVER to be deported.
I repeat that it is the opinion of 3 different lawyers who confirmed the information to me, it is not just my personal point of view.

RaiSaab108, Unfortunatly he always wants to remind us that our arguments and that h&c applications are not always guaranteed, but he cannot say for example that certain considerations are better or give , good ideas or advice on what we can add or do to have a more strong file, except of course advices like it is verybad idea to make a request because you dont have any chances ( its the same answer for all sitations), it is better for you to return home, and to give us prejudices...
I don’t think so unless they have changed.I remember someone in the other forum had issues getting health card and driver’s license even with AIP.You are still considered as a temporary resident.Again,they may have changed the laws to allow People with AIP get all that but last I checked,they don’t until you land.
