No, don't be. It is absolutely healthy to question whether something is phishing. Plus you heard all the facts and didn't persist the point unnecessarily. You did everything correct - no need to apologize.I’m sorry

Sure, I'll see if I can work something up.Someone should make an excel tracker so we can stay updated.
Will do! Keep us posted as well - I really hope all of you guys get your AORs ASAP. Exciting times really@BOYX please update us if you're able to submit the form later... I hope they fix it soon
It means you have space(s) in the file name. Use _ wherever there is space in your filename. That fixed mine yesterday! Do so and thank me later! Hahaha!!Hi @simfhs / @citizenship.enthusiast / @zkqxcv / All - Couple of questions:
1) For 2 pieces of personal ID, were you able to upload the jpeg?
Mine continues to spin and says 'Uploading id.jpeg' for more than 20 minutes.
Please advise how you uploaded yours.
2) For 'other supporting documents', is there a file size limit?
3) Any idea where in Toronto we can get digital photo? Photo service in most places is shut due to lockdown.
Thanks @Rijo02 but didn't work for me.It means you have space(s) in the file name. Use _ wherever there is space in your filename. That fixed mine yesterday! Do so and thank me later! Hahaha!!
Interesting!!Thanks @Rijo02 but didn't work for me.
I removed spaces, underscore, even reduced it to ID.jpeg but not able to upload.
Please advise.
Am happy to know that you were able to figure it out. About the digital pic, this is definitely location dependent. I live in Hamilton, ON and I believe (not certain as I haven't even stepped out of my apartment this week) shops are still open for such services. Depending on where you live, you might have to explore nearby locations that haven't locked down yet. Perhaps I should try and take my pix tomorrow (before Hamilton locks down too ) and update you (and whoever is interested and lives close). You can decide if you want to use the same shop or not. Thanks @Rijo02! png and jpg works. Pdf works too. I guess its only JPEG that's causing issue.
If you are aware, please let me know from where to get digital pic. Staples said they are not doing it anymore due to lockdown.
Actually, I am facing same problem. One issue is they removed the Signature and Date and Confirmation from Online physical presence calculator so if I want to just submit it via paper I can't because there is no where to sign on the physical presence calculator
Yeah .JPEG does not work for some reason. I suggest you change it to .JPG (which is essentially a JPEG format) and you should be good.Hi All - Did anyone else face problem with JPEG? The issue is...the digital picture has to be JPEG.
So png, jpg and pdf workaround wont' work for the picture. Please advise.
Even if I try D.JPEG it doesn't work.
By the way, Shoppers Drug Mart does citizenship photos. They are an essential business so they're open and naturally they won't deny such auxiliary services either. I suggest everyone check them out if the alternatives are closed.Am happy to know that you were able to figure it out. About the digital pic, this is definitely location dependent. All the best to us all!!
