Background mean they sent our biometric to USA Australia and NewZealand for criminal check

hello can you share, how did your order GCMS? it says to order person suppose to be in canada only and if requesting for someone else then need a signed consent to get it on their behalf? and also how long did it take to get the GCSM notes. thank you.
