Please my people, what is the reason why medical requests is not sent to our people, majority are now doing upfront medicals, and some of our lawyers are not advising in that line of up front medical, pls i need reply
I suspect if only 30% of the IRCC staff are working right now, there might few or almost none ones who are responsible for sending out Medical Requests. Please my people, what is the reason why medical requests is not sent to our people, majority are now doing upfront medicals, and some of our lawyers are not advising in that line of up front medical, pls i need reply
I think 30% is inaccurate. It was like that when we were fully lockdown earlier this year. Recently the head of immigration said they resume 90% of their workforce in Sep. So i think ircc they are pretty much fully operating at the moment, in regard of the processing time, it is because there were too much left behind so they need time to catch up. However it seems i dont have any advantage by taking the upfront medical. I am still waiting for DM, unlike others who gets the DM really fast after upfrontI suspect if only 30% of the IRCC staff are working right now, there might few or almost none ones who are responsible for sending out Medical Requests.
Or it takes most amount of effort/work in their current system as a result agents focus on cases with upfront medical to expedite them and keep the % of completed cases in the norm to keep a good feedback on their work.
I'm not sure if this is the reason. "The number of employees working as decision makers on spousal applications has increased by 66%. IRCC aims to finalize around 6,000 spousal applications every month from October to December 2020".I think 30% is inaccurate. It was like that when we were fully lockdown earlier this year. Last year November AR applicants have a long processing time to AOR.Yes, you are right. I saw that too. Some applicants whose AR was in the end of 2019 year took around 3 months to get their AOR. It seems to start from the second week of November in 2020. Hope it is not my case.
