I think there is no update. They sent an email to everybody by glitch.

They are NOT updating anything but server problems and are fixing it

Hey just fyi...couple of folks from the Mississauga VO got their PPR directly from Mississauga today and not New Delhi even though their PA is from India Outland. So maybe the VO will send the PPR now and we have to contact vfs for courier?

1st PPT easily cannnot be sent to other countries if YES then U mean wife sends me her PPT here, I send it for stamping in Canada and after stamping I send the same back to her! Then she gets ticket comes to me ! Pretty unusual

Actually it works this way. CPC-M sends PPR to the applicants to submit the passport at NDVO for Counterfoil.

I mean even for express entry you get the PPR from the Ottawa office to submit it to the nearest local vfs in India so the same logic here I guess. What you’re saying absolutely doesn’t make sense because you cannot courier passport outside the country.
