It must be so difficult for you. I hope your lawyer has fully briefed you on how the process works with stage one being the leave stage. The court decides if any errors were made according to the law & whether the refusal is the correct decision. If approved, you move to a judicial review.

No you can stay during the review but your lawyer should be telling you the stages and process of judicial review.
