I asked the agent how would i know if its scam call because its not just sc scam there is cra, chinese fido, chinese dhl and what not. The agent said you should pick all calls when you know sc agents have started calling if its fraud hang up. How many times during work am i supposed to do this to see if its actual sc for biometrics. Lol

Note to anyone going to Twitter try. To. Make your own tweet don't tag anyone else there cept service Canada if possible (don't want to annoy people)

So best bet is to make a new tweet (confusing platform I know but I think it amplifies or voices more then protest etc can in covid 19 age)

I just tweeted and hopefully SC will put some actions on this issue. We are in the same situation as you, Gabriel. I‘m not sure if IRCC is aware that we‘re currently in Canada as we hv informed them on several occasions. Not even sure if our contacts are under the Service Canada calling list as we are also Outland applicants.

I know ircc knows I'm in Canada atlest (my address on ecas is updated) not sure if service Canada does or not though

Same, we hv our Canadian address on ECAS since the day we hv submitted our application but our files is transferred to LVO Singapore not CPC Mississauga. So not sure if Service Canada has that contact info from
them.

I called IRCC 2 days back in the morning. Agent said that its highly likely that they will bring back online booking system back by the end of december. She was not certain of it but she said just wait for a little while we are in process of shifting it. So may b there is a hope. Its not guaranteed but still sharing it here.

That's a pretty good news. Hopefully, they prioritize booking by BIL date.

Its not cic that overseas it it's the main Canada.gov site

More precisely service Canada which is part of Canada main government a different arm then ircc or cic
