Biometrics appointment for permanent residence

I haven't received a call for my biometrics from service Canada. I applied in April and only thing pending is biometrics. All my friends who applied after me got their calls already. How do i contact immigration Canada to get a call for biometrics appointment? Is there a way to find out if I received a call. Calling or email has one response that there is nothing updated on my official file.

Hi, try calling Service Canada, they are the ones doing the calling.
