I have a question. If you do know on the below, please do let me know:
1. I see some folks getting Canadian PCC (RCMP). Is that required for folks in Canada?
2. When does the progress bar show up?

So far there is one person from Nov Aor who got it passed. October first week's AORs were getting updates on MEP last week. We can expect anytime from 30 days after AOR. If we're lucky we may get earlier too.

Good to hear that there is one person in Nov AOR who already cleared Medical. I hope that person meant that he sees the status in his application stating medical cleared and not that the doc who tested him cleared and sent his documents to IRCC. The earliest I see in myimmitracker website is Oct 16th.

You have an option to create an account in CIC web site and then associate the postal application. That way, you can see the updates as they progress your application. And of course you can always call the customer care to get updates.

Possible options
Customer care : 1-888-242-2100 (This works only within Canada as per their web site. So you may need to route your call via some calling app I guess)
Create a webform support ticket
Order GCMS notes which will give you exact information on what happened to your case
