Hii guys,
This is my time line on Ontario PNP and paper base PR documents Inland applicant.

OINP- Employer job offer foreign worker
OINP submission- 28 August 2020
OINP approved - 14 September 2020
Application To CIC- 15 November 2020
Application received CIC - 17 November 2020.
AOR - Waiting.
Let's see when receiving. Hope next year February or March.

Hello. Any advice? My husband´s AR is August. He was laid off in September. No AOR yet. His work permit will expire on March 1, 2021. Can he apply for work? When can he call the IRCC to ask for an update or temporary file number? Thank you.

If you call to CIC they will obviously first informed to province that you have laid off and your nomination can be withdraw by province or if you didn't inform to CIC about your laid off and later on CIC get to know about it, your pr application can be refused and can be banned you for upto 5 years about misrepresentation. It already happend with one guys CIC physically wet to verify his employment to employer address and when they got to know he was laid off before and didn't inform to CIC, his pr application was rejected and got banned for 2 years. I don't know what you are going to do, but try to be honest to avoid future problems.

Update to say it's been delivered by Xpresspost to the "Courier" address. Now crossing my fingers to get AOR before my nomination certificate expires...

Did you got signatures when canadapost delivered it ? Is it signed by someone?

No, I got a "delivery receipt". I guess it's some kind of PO box.

On delivery receipt did you got signature of person who received your application?

Once we are nominated by the OINP- International student stream, we receive an email from oinp including the nominee certificate, nominee approval letter and work permit support letter.
My question is does OINP Mail these documents as well or not?

Nope. Just print the e-docs out and include in your application

It takes 6-7 months for now, but fingers crossed the time will be reduced to as normal as before for our batch.

I called IRCC a while ago for a work permit related inquiry and I mentioned I had a paper-based nomination, the guy told me right now processing times were +20 months (nothing we don't know) and that they didn't expect processing times to go back to normal at least until next summer. This is just speculating though.

The current trend is 6-7 months for AOR which is plenty of time for nominations to expire in case there's any document missing in our applications.

6-7 months time is lot . Did the cic agent told you that timing ?
