Your eligibility is passed as per the communication. Applications are transferred to different offices for many reasons, mostly its due to work load redistribution. However, it was sent to NDVO, it could be to verify any documents or work claimed by you if you had any such documents or work from India.

If it is back at Paris, which I assume is your LVO, then your security and final review would be done there. It will depend on how fast the VO is progressing with the applications.

At this juncture to be certain about where your application is at, you should consider requesting GCMS notes again to get an update on what stage your application is at.
Thank you! The last time I requested GCMS, the visa office was Paris. Is there any chance that my application will be rejected due to ineligibility? It was review required as the analyst was not satisfied with my job experience and then the officer considered it met the eligibility. Should I send new documents to prove my work experience? When I called IRCC last time, they told me to wait for remedical.

Hi guys. We received our ITA recently and my husband is the primary applicant. He listed his work experience for two jobs (2011-2013) and (2015-present date). For the earlier job, we might not be able to get the reference letter so we are thinking of skipping it altogether. It was mentioned in our profile though, and wanted to confirm if we can move it to the personal work history instead. His current job is a continuous job for 5+ years so I am assuming our CRS shouldn’t change even if we remove the experience for the other job. Any help is appreciated. :)

Also, we gave our biometrics for work visa and visitor visa to Canada last year only when we went there. I am also assuming we don’t need to give our biometrics again?

Since the first job (2011-2013) was listed in your profile before ITA, I would advise not to change it as this may create a conflict.....rather, write a letter of explanation (LOE) including past letter of employment/ other relevant docs from the company evidencing past work.... Indicate in the LOE why you are unable to get reference letter from the company....since you are able to get reference letter for your current employer of 5 years, you should be fine...just make sure the reference letter conforms with IRCC standard.... This is what i did in my own application and had no issues

Hi @ legalfalcon, Is 60 percent also acceptable?

Legally, it has to be 75% or more, and that is what substantially means.

Hello @legalfalcon
I forgot to mention part time work positions (not compensated for those) in my EE application. I did not claim points for any of them.

According to GCMS notes, my application is Ready for Approval (since June 2020). I am also applying to Canadian Universities for masters.
Can my application to Canadian Universities (which includes the part time time work positions as a part of my CV) jeopardize and/or have any negative my PR application?

No. Your application to the Universities has no bearing on your PR application and in the PR application you only have to list the jobs for which you claim pints in your work history.

@legalfalcon

If the officer reviewed your eligibility and marked it has passed, then you need not worry.

Hello,

@legalfalcon Please I need your advice.

According to the travel exemption information, I'm eligible to travel as an extended family member of a permanent resident (my brother is a permanent resident), but have to get authorization letter to travel. Also, I have a visitor visa valid till August 2021.

On the other hand, I applied for permanent residency with my AOR on January 4th 2020, still waiting. I don't know when the wait will end. That's why I'm considering moving to Canada by January 2021 on my visitor visa if my authorisation letter is approved. Is it a wise decision to consider? If I do, what are my options on getting a job and work permit for the time being? While waiting for the pr approval letter? Can someone on visitor visa get a job offer? I'm a data analyst. What if the wait for the pr approval lasts till my visitors visa expires?

I'm confused. If I move with my visitor visa and inform IRCC on change in address to a Canadian address, will I be considered an inland applicant?
Will it fasten a decision being made on my PR application? Will it send a wrong message or be a red flag to IRCC and affect my PR application decision?

If I receive my PPR while in Canada, where will I send my passport for stamping? In Canada or home country prior to moving?

Please help me answer my confusing questions. Thank you

Hi everyone when I logged into my profile today my current status for both my express entry and permanent residence was changed to "application/profile updated" but I am unable to access my applications. Any idea as to what the issue may be ? Any one else facing similar issues ?

Same here, I just opened my application and the status changed from submitted to Application/profile updated, but the full application is showing Bad gateway error. Not sure its a system glitch or a real ghost update
