Question - I received a request to submit form IMM 5604 which is a form requesting additional Family information. Did anyone else receive this? I'm a single applicant with no dependents. So I'm wondering why I was asked to submit this form.

BIL-- 20th November

Received ghost update(received email) and on checking background check was changed to "We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information."

Is that normal? Or is it a step?

Hi guys, any Idea how to Book Biometric appointment at Service Canada, it doesn't give any option.
Received BIL today. Please help

You dont have to do anything to book your appointment. You will receive call from Service Canada in few days, They will book your appointment and tell you appointment details on phone. Just dont miss any call from unknown number or No caller Id numbers.

Yes definitely. I submitted my RCMP upfront along with my File submission.

I went to "East West Fingerprinting & ID Services Ltd" Its in Surrey, BC. They are also authorized to take fingerprint and provide us RCMP report. I got my report in 10 days. People that are authorized by IRCC can also help you to provide RCMP report. You can also try to search at your location.

Email to get list and then find the one nearest to your place and provide the reasoning to them . you should be able to do it.
