2 weeks for BVL but no final decision

Hi, I received BVL from Canada Embassy, Abudhabi and 15 days have passed but no final decision. I received Aip on 6th September. What could be the reason of such a long delay?

Yes, received mine on Nov 3. Wondering what's going on.

That's so unusual. My friends and others have received ppr exactly on the same date or very next day. Don't know what's going in their mind

I guess this year's situation is different, will take a few weeks even after receiving BVL. it also depends if vfs is open in your country and what kind of services they are offering.

Vfs is open for two months now. Some received their BVL and OPRs at the same day... By the way, did you receive AIP?

If you differ do you have to apply for study permit again?
