This is my second attempt for study permit. first time i have applied in grande prairie college and ircc refused my application. i am planning to applying again please interpret the notes also give me advice how would i manage to convince vo for my poor secondary results and also weak family ties and how to prove i am a bona fide student? also if you think about any addition or alteration for next application. please help and i would be obliged.

Restricted: No Label: Eligibility Office: Singapore Text: 30 yo single male, Bangladesh national, to attend Yorkville U taking BBA degree program. Start dates of Jul2020 or Oct2020. PA applied 24Sep2020 and LOA is dated 24Mar2020. $10K bursary granted and LOA cites total program tuition at $57K CAD. Proof of funds looks OK overall. PA states he is marketing manager with S... Food and Agro Products Ltd. Since 2012. Employment letter states they will hold position for him and that they have gifted him a sum of money as support. Open source search for the company nets little result — mainly a Facebook page with no real info and a computer-generated image of an office building. Searching Facebook for the company also nets a page for F. Haque, who appears to be the person who signed PA's employment letter. I note that F. Haque posted promotional material for "Global Express" a consulting agency offering assistance in obtaining work permits in Canada. I note that PA's employment letter indicates "he increased our sales by 30% through active marketing in different online and physical platforms," and yet this company appears to have very little online presence. He submits a "Certificate of Achievement" given to him by his employer for "outstanding performance as a digital marketer" but the company's online presence is not consistent with this. Appears they don't even have a company website. PA lists no previous post-secondary education on application form. PA provides written submission addressing refusal grounds of last application. I note that he has changed schools (but program remains the same), and re-sat IELTS to earn a 6.5 overall score. Secondary transcripts: poor results. PA is young, single, no kids, = weak family ties. /// On the whole, I am not satisfied that the intent is for PA to be a bona fide student in Canada. Application refused.

Start by switching schools. Yorkville is a garbage school. Pick a public university.

Is this company really exist or it's just a made up one only for visa? It's very suspicious.

In my opinion... You have a steep hill to climb for your next application. Overcoming the issues that were highlighted by the VO for this application put you in a very precarious situation for future submissions. My advice is... don't waste your time, effort and hard earned money on further attempts.

First statement noted by the VO iteself makes your profile look suspicious. Considering your age is 30, you should at least have a Bachelors degree by now (which according to the notes you haven't declared in your application). The best case scenario for someone your age would be an application for a masters or even a PhD degree. Although you've applied for a BBA program.

Another thing to note is you applying late, if you read the visa instruction document on IRCC site, it says that if you apply within a month of your proposed travel date then 'your application will not be processed normally and may be rejected'.

Third thing would be authenticity of the documents you submitted for your work experience and from the looks of the notes they indeed look fake. Not trying to demoralize you or anything but they are the experts in finding out things like that and in your case they really dug it deep. So you would wanna sort your work experience documentation out (i.e by providing authentic documents and being truthful about what your 'real' background is.

Finally, you need to justify your poor academics with fair reasons and also explain the ties with your home country with evidence (maybe a property on your name or something? Assuming you're single with no kids).

Overall, I would personally recommend you to take advise from a IRCC registered immigration lawyer before lodging your next application.

Cheers,
Sam

That is one of the reason for refusal because you lied on 1st application.
