I don't think there is ever a negative dm without an explanation.

True...Visa Officers also has code of ethics and only spousal cases has option of APPEAL....I pray that everyone get good news soon. Ameen.

Before covid it was very fast.
brother in law came to Canada within 6 months in 2016
Cousins wife came within 7 months in 2017!
cousins husband came within 10 months in 2019!
