Form IMM 5669 need help!

Hi guys,

Do I have to have all my siblings fill out the form for the background declaration even if they will never be coming to live in Canada? Two of my brother's have criminal records and I'm pretty worried about it impacting my chances to get approved for permanent residency. It just says family members so I'm not sure.

The question is, is this your application for pr ? Are u and your siblings is a dependent on someone else application, if u and your siblings are a dependent over 18 on someone else application u all need to fill out the imm5669 form, if not than the answer below is for u

Siblings is not apart of your application for pr only form I see u must add your sibling on is the family information form imm5406 so the answer to your question is no they don't need to sign no form

Your brother's history will not affect your application.
