if you have submitted a profile already, maybe you should just wait it out. Two profile might be a problem in the long run.so should I make the new account?

Just a suggestion. I have seen same issue few months back and I opened full application by clicking on each field and changed info on some fields and then i submitted application and it went through. Can you try same way and see?
HI Gurpreet, I had the same issue. However after posting it here, i went and raised a technical issue ticket (you can do the same by going to the bottom of the application page). In an hour I got a reply and the issue was sorted. The update was done in less than 24 hours total.
HI,just a question re ee profile.
i made some updates several hours ago to my EE profile. however, the status remains unchanged, it’s still ‘Processing Update’.
can someone please advise how long this process takes to complete so I could access my profile and see my updates?
